"Good hats, took the amount of time mostly"
I ordered a few custom hats and the timing was kind of what they said it would be. It didn’t ship like super quick or anything, but also it wasn’t late, so that was fine. I got a few updates along the way, which was helpful, and when the hats arrived they looked good. I’d probably use them again, just maybe not if I needed it in a big hurry

I was a little surprised by how many hat styles they had. I found a few that were basically what I was looking for quickly, and the color and logo choices were nice too. I’d probably shop here again for sure.

I really like the design style on Branded Bills. The hats look clean without being boring, and the colors do not feel like too much. I found a few styles I would actually wear all the time. The site is simple too, and it was easy to browse around.

"Good support, just wish the first update was clearer"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Branded Bills support. They got back to me quickly, I think by the next day, and they were really nice about it. They explained what was going on and helped get everything fixed without making it feel like a big hassle. I do feel like the first update could’ve had a little more detail, though, you know? Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again. I’m giving 4 stars just because the communication could have been a bit clearer at the start.

I tried a promo code on Branded Bills and it went through without any issues. I’m always a little hesitant to buy unless I feel like I’m getting a decent deal, so the discount was what convinced me to place the order. Checkout was simple, and the savings made it feel worth it. Happy overall

I picked up a hat from Branded Bills it’s been really comfortable for everyday wear. Compared to a lot of hats I’ve tried, this one doesn’t feel tight or scratchy after a few hours. I wore it all day and barely noticed it was on, which is kind of the best compliment for a hat.

"Looked good at first, but kind of disappointing"
I ordered a custom hat and my first reaction was, “Oh, this actually looks nice.” But after looking closer, the stitching was a bit uneven and the material felt cheaper than I expected. I wore it a few times and it started losing its shape, which was frustrating. It’s not the worst hat ever, but for the price, I thought it would hold up better.

I had checked a couple other sites first, but brandedbills.com actually had the colors I needed in stock. Ordered quick and didn’t have to deal with a backorder, which was nice because I was kind of expecting... anyway, it worked out.

"Good Hat, Just Not the Color I Expected"
I was excited when I ordered a hat from Branded Bills because the color in the photos looked exactly like what I wanted. When it showed up, the shipping had been totally fine and the hat itself seemed decent quality, but as soon as I opened the box, I could tell the color was off. It was a much duller shade than what I saw online, and it kind of took the excitement out of it. I know screens and lighting can make colors look a little different, but this felt like more than just a small difference. I’ll probably pass on ordering again unless they update the photos to show the colors more accurately.
